Howdy!

Edie Butler (she/they) is a queer artist born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She's currently attending the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore where she's working on her BFA in photography. Using a Canon EOS Rebel t5i and a Canon M50, Edie photographs people from all walks of life.

 

Outside of paid work, Edie takes editorial photos and hosts “funky” photoshoots for friends and family. She spend a lot of time in front of the camera taking self-portraits and experimenting with light, color, and music. When she's not taking photos, Edie enjoys drawing both classically and stylistically. A self-titled doodler, Edie spends her free time drawing her characters Julia & Ferguson, filling her sketchbook with bold, colorful drawings.
